Subfloor preparation & housing stock in Trafford

Residential and commercial properties across Trafford feature traditional Victorian timber joists, suspended floorboards, and modern concrete screeds. Biesty Carpets applies localized substrate preparation, including liquid damp-proof membranes (DPM) and self-leveling latex compounds before installing engineered timber, LVT, or luxury wool carpets.

Notice: In accordance with BS 8203, all resilient floor coverings (such as Karndean, Amtico, and LVT) require subfloor relative humidity (RH) testing not exceeding 75% prior to permanent adhesion. Calibrated hygrometers and liquid damp-proof membranes (DPM) are routinely utilized across Altrincham.
