Subfloor preparation & housing stock in Bury

Residential and commercial properties across Bury feature traditional Victorian timber joists, suspended floorboards, and modern concrete screeds. Notice: In accordance with BS 8203, all resilient floor coverings (such as Karndean, Amtico, and LVT) require subfloor relative humidity (RH) testing not exceeding 75% prior to permanent adhesion.
