Subfloor preparation & housing stock in Manchester

Residential and commercial properties across Manchester feature traditional Victorian timber joists, suspended floorboards, and modern concrete screeds. Tony Fitz Carpets applies localized substrate preparation, including liquid damp-proof membranes (DPM) and self-leveling latex compounds before installing engineered timber, LVT, or luxury wool carpets.

Notice: In accordance with BS 8203, all resilient floor coverings (such as Karndean, Amtico, and LVT) require subfloor relative humidity (RH) testing not exceeding 75% prior to permanent adhesion.
